Dismissed Charges Against Five In Birth Control Raid
Five defendants including two women physicians and three nurses arrested April 15 in the Birth Control Research Clinical Bureau raid were dismissed today by Magistrate Abraham Rosenbluth. One suspect, a fugitive from Toe Nedo, faced a separate shooting case involving jeweler Karl Irwin. The proceedings followed praise for Dale Alexander, a former Yankee prospect, by Bob Shawke.
