Pomeroy council mulls tractors and firemen liability
Pomeroy village discussions cover tractor types for the street department and whether volunteer firemen need liability insurance. The council delays purchase pending a third tractor demo. Liability questions hinge on state code and emergency vehicle use. Additional talks address pool park insurance, noise complaints, traffic markings, and recreation committee appointments. May and April financials and cemetery, sale, and grave care reports are also presented.
