Chauncey High School auditorium hosted the Chauncey Dover Class Day exercises with Miss Ruth Fiske and Cecil McCafferty among the speakers. The class history was by Vera Lester the will by Dwight Karns and the elf poem by Carios Wolfe. Pauline Tr sang the class song and Law Rivers delivered the class prophecy. Giftorian was Stanely Nadroski.

Chauncey Bradfield received notice of the death of his uncle J Seldon Bradfield aged 1 in Harrisonville Meigs County. The pioneer resident died at home shortly after suffering a stroke following an election outing. Survived by widow Aliie Chase Bradfield and daughters Noralee Welch and Gertha Harmon. Funeral services set for Saturday at 2 pm in Harrisonville.
