Longtime Coolville resident Jim Ford recalls deep roots in the area
Jim Ford says he has lived in the Coolville area all his life on the same farm with his wife Connie for 35 years. Their two children Bryan and Candace have families and careers, including Candace’s husband Dean serving in the military in San Diego. Ford retired last summer from Ohio University as a data center operations manager and remains fiscally tied to Coolville and Troy Two, a role he began after his mother’s clerk service and a decision to run for fiscal officer in April 2008 when Coolville sought a replacement.
