COLUMBUS May 6 The Special Joint Tax Committee abandoned weight as the basis for auto license fees and will use horse power instead in five classes. Fees will be 10 15 20 and 25 dollars with trucks up fee expected. The move raises revenue from about 7.5 million to 15 million dollars and adds about 3 million more from trucks.
