ODOT to Fill Coal Mine Causing Route 33 Sag in Ohio

Ohio transportation officials plan to fill a vacant coal mine under a one mile stretch of U S Route 33 between New Floodwood Road near Movies 10 theater and Wayne National Forest headquarters. The dip is slight and not immediately dangerous, but voids could cause pavement collapse if left unfilled.
