State sues auditor over intoxicating liquor tax notice
The Ohio Attorney General filed suit in the Supreme Court last Friday to test the Scott Law's constitutionality. The petition asserts Athens County Auditor A J Frame failed to publish town notices as required, refusing to print the mandated liquor tax notice and seeking a mandamus to compel publication.
