Kircher W B Lawrence and O F Rowland. The by laws and regulations are with local attorneys and will be submitted to citizens after completion of legal plans.

Rutland operator hailed hero after gas incident saves five children
Rutland operator Mrs Wallie Clark helped summon Dr Huge and assisted two women to reach Rutland Grade School where a gas leak sickened five first graders. The children were carried outside and revived by the doctor with all recovering fully. Earlier rumors spoke of a stove explosion.
