Posse Guns Slay Man in Nebraska Sandhills

In Merriman Nebraska a posse on a ranch in the northern sandhills shot Blaine Ellis 32 after he fired a shotgun from a shed. Ellis, mortally wounded, confessed to killing Mr. and Mrs. George Mensinger and Dee Gardner, citing “the meanness in me” as motive.
