Three Men Accused of Coin Fraud in Ohio
Police in Cleveland arrested Harry Friedman Fred Robbins and Fred Vogel alleging they formed a ring that used slug coins to steal from coin changing machines. They say a fourth man is being sought for involvement in similar schemes across Ohio and other states over two years.
