Athens County Common Pleas Courtrooms receive modern tech funded by Judge George McCarthy and Prosecutor Keller Blackburn. Upgrades include 75-inch Ultra HD screens, stadium-quality speakers, a high-resolution evidentiary camera, wireless headsets, and an integrated closed-circuit and Internet system. Funding totals about $23,000 split between the prosecutor and judges with county support.
