Letter from Dr. C. L. Wilson requests correction of a previous synopsis about the welcome address to the Department of Tennessee Georgia Grand Army of the Republic encampment in Atlanta. He notes the event was a Grand Army affair celebrating a reunion of Blue and Gray with officials present but not central to the occasion. The date is March 13, 1856.
