Acapulco Weekend Among Celebrities and Volcano Trek
Herbert Harris son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Harris of this city writes about a three month study at Mexico City College as an OSU exchange student. He and three fellow students joined stays at Acapulco hotels with Rod Cameron Tyrone Power and Rita Hayworth nearby. They fished nine sailfish on a 40 foot schooner and climbed an 8000 to 15000 foot snow capped volcano with Mexican Exploration Club members. They lost the group briefly, sang White Christmas for Mexicans, and returned exhausted yet triumphant by firelight and beans.
