Two Nelsonville residents Jessica Prost and Ernie Bridgeman III were indicted by an Athens County grand jury on charges including illegal manufacture of drugs a first degree felony illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs a second degree felony and aggravated possession of drugs a fifth degree felony The case stems from a February search of 990 Poplar St Nelsonville where investigators found meth making items A juvenile was believed in the home at the time of the offense Frost and Bridgeman face arraignment March 23 and remain jailed in Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail
