Alpha Xi Delta Auxiliary Plans Founders Dinner
Alpha Xi Delta Auxiliary meets at the chapter house on Tuesday to plan Founders Day dinner. Funds will fund a dispensary in Noordwyck Holland to aid residents with medical care, marking the second year of the village partnership. Co hosts are Mrs. Esther Sprague and Mrs. Mary Jane Hitchcock. Mrs. Hitchcock presided in Mrs. Gaylord's absence. A history paper on Alpha Xi Delta and P E O was read by Mrs. T C Mc Cracken.

Church of Christ in New Marshfield held its Church Builders Class at Marilyn Jones’s home on Sunday. Bill Males presided. Deloise Barber reported the treasurer's funds and Roy Mace read a Bible passage. Athens High School student Miss Margaret Jean Robe won the state Good Citizenship Pilgrimage contest of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution and will attend the Ohio Daughters Conference in Toledo as the guest of the organization. She scored 159 of 170 on the test covering citizenship civics and history.
