A mother escaped a blaze four miles east of Circleville after her children Wayne Fanning 3 Linda Carroll 4 and Kenneth Arnold 14 months died in the two story frame house fire. Sheriff Radcliff cited a sudden flash and a defective oil furnace as the likely cause. Paurricia 7 was at school and Arnold 35 the father was at work.
