Hearing Set in Shooting Case in Meigs County
A preliminary hearing is set for Monday at 1 pm in Meigs County Court for Betty Eynon Racine Route 1 charged with aggravated assault after shooting her husband John in the right arm with a 410 gauge shotgun. Bond is $1000. she remains jailed. Thomas Wells Pomeroy, accused of causing Irene Wells physical harm, pleaded innocent and posted bond. His case is continued.
