ENGLEWOOD N J March 2 U P Arrival of the blue eyed seven forty five pound Lindbergh baby on the birth day anniversary of his mother here June 22 1930 caused more world wide newspaper comment than any other birth on the North American continent. The baby’s first picture and orange juice diet were widely reported and the press noted his first flight though he has never flown. Lindbergh said he would be safe to fly but the child would not appreciate it yet. Only a few friends were allowed to see the baby to avoid public clamor. A witness described the child as happy and attractive. The Lindberghs have kept him away from publicity, including an aerial trip to the Orient last summer. The baby was left in charge of nerves at the Morrow summer estate in North Haven Maine.
