Auntie Mame in Orbit at DVST Opens Season
A opening night crowd of over 400 saw Auntie Mame at Ohio Valley Summer Theater. The production showcased a seasoned cast with Elizabeth Goulding as Mame, IDUS MURPHEE as Beauregard, and B J O'Dell as Agnes Gooch. Patrick leads a lively arc from childhood to adulthood with strong supporting turns, though costumes were criticized. The show runs Friday to Sunday at University Theater Building with box office reservations required.
