Applications Required By July 1 for New Gas Service
Prospective residential customers of Columbia Gas of Ohio must file a written gas service application by July 10 and show construction started before October 1 to qualify for gas service under a June 23 PUCO order. The rule excludes present customers and prioritizes those who begin construction early.
