Italian Peace Delegation Authorized to Sign German Treaty

Rome June 25 The Italian peace commission in Paris has been authorized to sign the German treaty and will depart for Paris Saturday The senate approved with 94 to 7 a resolution expressing confidence in the new delegation and Italy’s continued claims Tittoni linked policy to the people and announced plans to seek allies’ consent to disclose the Pact of London to parliament and to proceed without delay The Chamber of Deputies will reconvene July 3.

Somie IXind, the Athens New Year baby born January 4, is now six months old on July Fourth. Mabel Caplinger, blonde and blue eyed, greets visitors with a chuckle though she has no teeth yet. Her father, away serving, returned to the States in April and remains in Hoboken Hospital. The family lives on North Lancaster Street with grandfather J C Kelly, an extra foreman on the section gang.
