Watch Wheat Harvest Carefully To Cut Losses
Columbus Ohio June 24 The United States Food Administration in Ohio urges careful threshing to minimize losses during the wheat harvest. Farmers should prepare racks and covers for wagons, fine tune sacks and boxes, clear stones, weeds and grass, provide coal for fuel, and store grain in tight bins if elevator space is scarce. They may form threshing circles and have others bring their own dinners to ease labor.
