Albany asks Athens County Common Pleas Judge Patrick Lang to dismiss the suit filed by Alexander Local Schools over connecting a new wellness center to the village sewer system. The school district sought to push mediation scheduled for June 29 30 after requesting a postponement until an OEPA decision on a state permit.
