Wayland Named Summer Seminarian for Christ Church
David Carlton Wayland will serve as the summer seminarian in training at Christ Episcopal Church under the Middle Atlantic Training Institute. Supervisors include Rev. Charles A. Pitzer, one of two WV qualified supervisors, with duties spanning parish life and administration for a two month residency at 909 Vi and St. Wayland is a Parkersburg native, West Liberty grad, Virginia Theological Seminary senior, and former WSAZ WKEE WKAZ staff.

Town council granted a temporary permit to park a trailer and announced Connie Capehart as town recorder effective July 14.
