Court Orders Payment For Construction
A Nelsonville man must pay the remaining balance for a reconstruction of Burns Ervin’s burned out house. The project was completed under a $7,250 contract with Williams Lumber and Supply, Glouster, after Ervin had paid $6,000 and raised minor complaints that were addressed. The court noted the home held sentimental value to Ervin and that remodeling would cost more than reconstruction.
