Richard Kelley Named To Xenia School Post
Nelsonville native Richard E. Kelley 35 will join the Xenia school system as assistant superintendent in charge of business affairs with a salary of 11300 annually. He is former executive head of Crawford County Schools and has taught in Belgrade schools, with degrees from Ohio State University. The Xenia board cites his finances and long range planning expertise as key to expanding curriculum study and facilities planning. The Kelley family plans to move to Xenia in mid-summer.
