Two men are in custody over the murder of Donald Ray Howard and his bride Mrs. Howard near Ashland. Philip Michael Caskey, 20, of Ashland, was arrested Wednesday and Arthur B. Rice, 20, also of Ashland, was arrested last Thursday and held on $20,000 bond. The couple, married less than a month, were found dead in a car in a lovers lane near Ashland, West Virginia.
