Losers Are Winners editorial reflection by Rev Evans
In this Athens County piece Rev John Lloyd Evans argues that true life comes from losing oneself for a greater sake. He cites Jesus teachings and historical examples from Japan to Thoreau to Brigham Young, urging patience and viewing losses as assets. The essay reflects on personal trials from illness to anniversaries and ends with the claim that losing life leads to finding it.
