Russell T. Mc Coy testified he saw Harry Dale Bundy shoot Reynold Amodio and, after the grocer’s death, shoot Paul E. Cain in the County Line Market near Untown last Nov 23. Mc Coy described Bundy as the planner and Bundy faces first degree murder charges.
Terry White of Athens and Raymond Adams of Racine were two of 11 officials in the White City selected as best in the 20th annual Buckeye Boys State encampment at Camp Perry Ohio. Jim Hall Callard, governor, will attend Boys Nation in Washington DC in July 1926. White and Adams received awards for their roles in city government.

Hazard Kentucky authorities seek Donald Eugene Boyer, 25, of Dayton Ohio, for questioning in the shotgun slaying of Cash Eversole 55, who was killed. Eversole's wife, about 50, was critically injured when shot through a bedroom window Sunday morning.

Fairfield County girl Donna Jean Bigham 14 of Lancas ter Route 1 drowned Sunday afternoon at Clear Creek while picnicking with family.
