Three youths from Athens Dallas Nester and Finney and brother Beoth ers were sentenced this morning by Common Pleas Judge C F Rowland to terms in Mansfield Reformatory. They withdrew not guilty pleas and entered guilty pleas to a joint indictment charging breaking and entering. The older Nester received a similar sentence on a separate indictment after pleading guilty. Deputy Sheriff Charles Evans said the Nester brothers had been involved in a year long Athens theft series and were on bond when the offenses were committed. Judge Rowland noted parental blame in youth crime and stated that in nine tenths of cases fathers and others may be as guilty as the sons.
