Plans for the Harding Memorial dedication in Marion on Tuesday are complete. A 60 acre free parking area will be policed by state and federal troops with traffic controls and a two mile traffic closure on Route 23. The program includes the Columbus Glee Club and Fort Hayes band, radio broadcast via NBC and CBS, and President Hoover delivering the dedicatory address at 2 p.m. A crowd of 5 000 white clad schoolchildren will greet Hoover with America and Hail to the Chief played as he approaches the platform.
