Mrs Oscar Fulton of Memphis shares a tangy apricot salad recipe learned from her daughter Betty Fulton. Use canned peeled apricots drained with apricot juice diluted to just under two cups, add vinegar cloves and cinnamon simmer ten minutes, mix with orange Jello, fold in chopped apricots and chill. Serve on lettuce in squares.
