Record bluegill from Lake Burr Oak tops local catches
A Lake Burr Oak bluegill reportedly weighing two pounds and measuring 13 inches was caught Tuesday night May 30 by William J. Bryan of Junction City. The fish is the largest seen in the area, near Ohio state records, with many locals reporting large bass and bluegill hauls around the lake.
