Vacation Bible School Opens Across Athens Churches
Athens churches sponsor a daily Vacation Bible School for children from June 14 to June 25. Three groups meet at First Methodist College St kindergarten and primary Presbyterian Church Court St junior group and Christian Church W State and N Congress for 9 am to 12 pm sessions Monday through Friday. An evening final program is planned June 25 at 7 p.m. at each church.

CCL Group Plans Picnic in June
The June meeting of the Child Guidance Circle of the Ohio Conservation League met at Mrs. Charles Trout’s home. By-laws were revised and approved. Officers elected for the coming year: H. C. Taylor president, Frank R. Chadwick vice president, Neil Walker secretary, Blaine Riggs treasurer. Mrs. Glenn Gardner was initiated. hostess was Mrs. Trout with Mrs. Larry Helwig aiding. Hostess prize went to Mrs. Glenn Fritz Howard. The July picnic with husbands and children will be at Mrs. John Webb’s suburban home.
