Ohio Garden Clubs Convene 17th Annual Convention in Columbus
The Ohio Association of Garden Clubs meets June 12 13 at the Seneca Hotel in Columbus with the Garden Clubs of Columbus as host. Athens area members plan to attend. Registration starts 9 30 a m Thursday with fees 1 for members 2 for non members. Speakers include Henry Pree Virginia Cavendish Anne B Wertsner and Mrs Frank E Garry. Mrs Thomas M Wolfe will deliver the President s Message. Karl Magilowski of the National Audubon Society will speak on Saguaroland Arizona. A Garden Tour Friday closes the program.
