An unarmed U S Air Force RF4C reconnaissance aircraft was shot down over North Vietnam. Two crewmen bailed out and were rescued near Dong Hoi. Escort fighters fired on anti aircraft sites with unknown results in the first such strike since December 24.

Fluoride Measure Okayed by Ohio Senate
