Lyons Plans Opera House Rebuild With Authority Review
Lyons tells state authorities he will rebuild the opera house after a year and a half of legal action. Fire marshal consent required, and building inspectors flag walls as too weak for a four story structure, limiting plans to a two story rebuild. Conference included Lyons, his attorney, and state officials to decide next steps and needed approvals.
