Amanda Sawyer, 31, of Reedsville, was stopped near Chester by Deputy Michael Hupp at 8 06 p m for no visible plate. Officers say she matched the robbery description and, during questioning, admitted to robbing Farmers Bank in Tuppers Plains on June 2 and planning a Chester TNT gas station heist.
