Spy Pollard could win parole after 30 years in prison
Jonathan Pollard, the American jailed for spying for Israel, may be released within months. He becomes parole eligible in November, the 30th anniversary of his arrest. The Parole Commission could keep him imprisoned for bad behavior or new crimes, while US officials say they are unlikely to oppose parole, though the Justice Department expects him to serve the full sentence.

Moonville group keeps tours open with rider charges outside trail
The Moonville Rail Trail Association voted to allow for profit tours of the Moonville area while keeping the public trail and tunnel free. Monies may be charged only away from the trail for horse, bike rentals or wagon rides, not for trail use. Hutchison and Uncle Buck's offer rides up to 20 people on a three hour trip, with ghost lore shared en route. The group is fundraising to install a bridge over Raccoon Creek and aims to connect the Moonville Trail to the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway. Members are invited to join the association via its Facebook page.
