Tuppers Plains water district eyes 800 subscribers
Officials in the Tup Pers Plains Chester water district warn they need 800 subscribers by the July 25 deadline. So far 250 have signed, with FHA agreeing to up to 50 percent grant and a 40 year loan if the target is met. Territory spans Reedsville to Route 7 toward Coolville and includes rural Meigs County areas.
