Suit Seeks 20000 In Coal Loss In Ohio Land Dispute
Wilbert D. Imbre of Butler Pennsylvania files a 20000 suit in Vinton County Common Pleas against H S Furr of Glenville and Robert F Keifer. Imbre alleges Furr took coal owned by him and Keifer from land in Vinton County in 1954 damaging the site so coal could not be removed. He estimates the coal value at about 3000. A similar suit was dismissed last July. Keifer, a former partner, is joined because he would not permit action against Furr. Petition states Furr works for the Furr Coal Co Chauncey.
