Sheriff A J Waldron signed an affidavit charging Jack Shark operator of the Five Mile Inn Route 33 with planning the bombing of a Green Two tavern. Fiske 31 of Nelsonville identified Shark as the man who hired him to plant dynamite under the Lazy D Ranch near Greendale. Shark was arraigned at County Court before Judge Vaughn Collins pled not guilty and posted 1000 bond. Fiske and Helen Marie Bryan face felony charges including possession of dynamite and carrying concealed weapons after admitting participation. Fiske led Lancaster police to Shark after naming him as accomplice, with tests deemed unnecessary.
