Violence at Burr Oak Lodge escalates amid picket violence
At the Lake Burr Oak Lodge entrance on Route 78 in Ohio, rocks were reportedly thrown at vehicles during a strike by former employees now classified as dismissed. Morgan County sheriff's deputies investigated with no arrests. The protest aims to pressure Ohio Inns Inc to bargain with the workers union. A state court ordered the DNR to keep Ohio Inns as operator at Burr Oak and Salt Fork until the case decides if the contract should be terminated.
