Harmon Field project organizes second general meeting
About 15 men and women from Rotary Lions American Legion Kiwanis Woman's Club and other welfare groups met in a field shelter to plan Harmon Field improvements for a July 28–29 project weekend. Delegates formed nine committees under Chairman W. W. Smith covering equipment planning manpower materials publicity entertainment food safety and public address.
