In Bryan Ohio area authorities say Theodore Taylor planned to marry Ruth Clapper to gain the grandmother Abbie Douglas’s home. Taylor, 27, allegedly poisoned the 85 year old with powder, was found mentally affected in a sanity commission, and has pleaded not guilty to first degree murder. The powder analysis is pending at Columbus laboratories.
