Gallia Boy Dies After Scooter Is Hit By Car
Gallia County 15 year old Rodger H Baker died early Sunday in Holzer Hospital from injuries after his motor scooter was struck Saturday night by a vehicle on Route 7 near his home. Frances P Trowbridge 29 of Bladen pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined 500 dollars and jailed six months. He may face manslaughter charges. Funeral plans for Baker set for Tuesday at Ohio Chapel. Survivors include his parents and two siblings.
