Courthouse Doings Appeal Over Lands In Waterloo Township
An appeal of compensation and damages for land taken by the state department of highways and public works was filed in Probate Court Tuesday by William H. Elliott and Cara Elliott against director Robert N. Waid. The case will be heard by Common Pleas Judge L. G. Woretell acting as Probate Judge in Judge Johnson's absence.
