Clyde Frazier Is Placed in Penitentiary for Meigs County Murder
Clyde Frazier aged 35 of Middleport has left the Meigs County Jail and received a life sentence in the Ohio Penitentiary after pleading guilty to second degree murder in the April 27 attack on his cousin Homer Hendricks. The case arose from a beer parlor quarrel ending in a fatal stabbing. County officials cited cost and the lack of premeditation as reasons for avoiding a first degree murder trial.
