He was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition and placed in intensive care. The Hocking County Sheriff cited him for DUI reckless operation failure to control possession of marijuana and a seatbelt violation. An investigation by the Athens County Sheriff is ongoing with no charges filed yet in Athens County.
