Police Arrest Two For Traffic Violations
Logan police cited two drivers for traffic violations early Sunday. Ralph L. Morrison 43 was arrested for reckless operation on West Hunter Street. Daniel E. Sherman 21 of Scenic Star Route faced charges after crashing a red light at Hunter and Elm and attempting to outrun a police cruiser.
